With the download EP „Tafubar – The Lemongrass remixes“, Lemongrassmusic presents one of the most eminent members of its ever-growing label family. The four remixes by Lemongrass provide an exquisite pretaste of the upcoming artist album "Changeability" (scheduled for autumn 2008) but also make you anticipate the original versions.

Italian artist Massimo Lavagnini aka Tafubar is a man of many talents. In his main field of action he explores the world of acid jazz, chill-house and downtempo. His deep knowledge of horror and fantasy movies allows him to spice his productions with obscure snippets, sounds and samples, creating a strong individual touch.

The EP offers a funky house track, a soothing chill-house track and two dreamy downtempo tracks. On „Thagroover“ (Lemongrass funky housenite remix), Tafubar and Lemongrass deliver a smart house track with a nice’n’mighty groove. The following „The Man Who Had Bad Dreams“ (Lemongrass Woolgathering Mix) has a mellow slow-motion beat bathed in some Asian healing oil, while „Constructing The Void“ (Lemongrass Balearic Remix) makes you long for a beautiful sunset at a wonderful beach bar. „The Wicked Thoughts Of You“ (Lemongrass Snowflake Remix) comes as a pensive declaration of love to a much-missed lover. Melancholic and consoling, this is the right choice for dreaming the night away.

With the exception of the concluding remix, all offerings of this tight package are previously unreleased. The time is right to dive into Tafubar’s world.
